Have a look at the latest Marco Polo reviews on this site. From these it seems as though after a few early teething problems in the changeover things have started to improve. First time cruisers appear to have really enjoyed the Marco Polo whereas people who previously cruised while she was owned by Orient Lines have noticed a dip in service since the new owners took charge. One thing that stands out is that the embarkation process at Tilbury is on the whole very good.
